Learnings

Using existing patterns

We used commonly known and simple ux patterns and ui components for solving very complex tasks. Sometimes you don't need to invent the wheel again.

Agile wins

The whole teams was managed by a very good agile leader. We also incorporated the agility into the design workflow of the customer.

Design is not democratic

A small team of managers, developer and designer decided quick about the outcome and the final result of the design. Only people who need to be involved were involved. Very target-oriented.
