Remote Workshops and Trainings
My role involved coordinating projects, fostering an open and inclusive team culture and ensuring that our UX strategies reflect the needs and expectations of our diverse user base. Through these experiences, I gained valuable insights into the importance of cultural diversity and its positive impact on creative processes and problem solving.
This task involved updating and integrating new design principles in line with current market trends and user needs. By working closely with various stakeholders and gathering user feedback, I was able to ensure that the enhanced guidelines both strengthened the brand identity and provided a consistent and intuitive user experience.
By implementing efficient work processes, introducing agile methods and promoting transparent communication, we were able to significantly reduce project lead times. These improvements have not only increased productivity, but also strengthened collaboration and satisfaction within the team in the long term.
Supporting intercultural differences
Understanding intercultural differences and their challenges was key to the team's development and success.
Meeting marathons
Encourage the designers to take theirselfs space to think and to make creative work. Don't try to attend every meeting.
Work manifesto
Stick to the teams work manifesto and try not to be consumed by the management kraken.
