Maintaining the brand guidelines

This task involved updating and integrating new design principles in line with current market trends and user needs. By working closely with various stakeholders and gathering user feedback, I was able to ensure that the enhanced guidelines both strengthened the brand identity and provided a consistent and intuitive user experience.

Improving the way of working

By implementing efficient work processes, introducing agile methods and promoting transparent communication, we were able to significantly reduce project lead times. Learnings

Supporting intercultural differences

Understanding intercultural differences and their challenges was key to the team's development and success.

Meeting marathons

Encourage the designers to take theirselfs space to think and to make creative work. Don't try to attend every meeting.

Work manifesto

Stick to the teams work manifesto and try not to be consumed by the management kraken.
